Carolina Pool Management is affiliated with The Pool Management Group (PMG), one of the largest employers of sports jobs and aquatic careers in America.  PMG currently operates over 700 pools nationwide and has 3 million hours of pool management experience.

Carolina Pool Management manages dozens of swimming pool facilities across Columbia. We have jobs in Lexington County, Fort Jackson County, Richland County, Calhoun County, Kershaw County, Fairfield County, Springdale, Irmo, Lexington, Hopkins, Cayce, Hopkins, Lugoff, Elgin and Gilbert.

We have a variety of positions available in and around the Columbia area, from management jobs to part-time and summer jobs for teenagers and college students.  We hire hundreds of aquatics professionals and summer workers each year, including Program Directors, Swimming Pool Supervisors, Pool Managers, Lifeguards, Swimming Pool Technicians, Swim Lesson Instructors, Lifeguard Instructors, Front Desk Attendants, and Concessions.

We provide training whenever necessary.
